What You Bring

? Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields and at least 4 years of experience (or advanced degree with 2 years of experience).
• Expertise in analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages.
• Proven ability to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Exceptional communication skills to share insights clearly and effectively.

? Preferred Superpowers:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in relevant fields.
• Experience with cloud-based ML and MLOps platforms.
• Skills in building enterprise-level forecasting solutions.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with tuning large language models (LLMs) or building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
